Program Overview

Monthly On-Site Strategy Session is a practical, hands-on business coaching offer designed for service-based business owners who want focused support, clarity, and accountability without committing to a long-term coaching program.

Each month, the client receives a 2-hour on-site strategy session in their own business environment, followed by a 30-minute online check-in two weeks later to ensure progress and momentum. This is ideal for those who prefer practical, action-driven support tailored to their goals and challenges.

Inclusions

The Client receives the following:

✅ 2-Hour On-Site Strategy Session (Per Month)
Held at the client’s place of business at a mutually agreed time. Each session is goal-oriented, focusing on solving key issues, implementing improvements, or reviewing systems.

✅ 30-Minute Online Follow-Up Call
Held approximately two weeks after the on-site session via Microsoft Teams. This call reviews progress, answers questions, and helps realign priorities if needed.

✅ Session Planning & Action Summary
We start each session with a plan, and you’ll walk away with a clear set of action items. A written summary is provided post-session to track progress.

✅ Optional Email Support
Between sessions, limited email support is provided for clarification and minor questions (48-hour response time).

Payment Terms

💰 Fee: $595 + GST per month ($654.50 incl. GST)
💳 Charged monthly via Stripe subscription

✅ No lock-in commitment
❌ Cancel anytime with 14 days' written notice before the next billing cycle

Sessions must be used in the calendar month booked. Missed sessions are not rolled over.
